Fort Washington Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Fort Washington, MD and surrounding communities. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floor installation, foundation work, retaining walls, and related concrete services.
All services are subject to a separate written contract or agreement between Fort Washington Concrete and the customer prior to the start of any work. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this Site and supplement any service agreement you enter into with us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service contract, the signed service contract controls.
Any estimate, quote, or price range provided through this Site, by phone, by email, or during an on-site visit is an estimate only and is not a binding offer or guarantee of final price. All estimates are subject to change based on:
Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins. We will notify you of any material changes to scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, permit processing times, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate schedule changes to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Concrete work is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule any project due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of the finished work. Rescheduling due to weather is not subject to cancellation penalties.
Customer cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or cancellation fees, are set forth in the written service contract. If you have questions about cancellation terms before signing a contract, contact us at team@fortwashingtonconcrete.com.
Payment terms are specified in each individual service contract. Generally:
Accepted payment methods are specified in the service contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Maryland law. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of work.
To allow us to perform our services properly, you agree to:
We are not liable for damage to undisclosed underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other subsurface features that were not communicated to us before work began.
Where required by applicable law or local ordinance, we will obtain the necessary permits for work performed. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in or added to the project cost as specified in the service contract.
All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations in Prince George's County, Maryland and any other jurisdiction where services are delivered.
Any workmanship warranty we provide is set forth in the written service contract. We do not offer any warranty beyond what is expressly stated in that contract.
Concrete is a natural material and some degree of cracking, surface variation, color variation, and settling is normal and expected. Minor surface imperfections that do not affect structural integrity or function are not covered under workmanship warranties.

This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or property damage beyond the scope of the work contracted.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a service contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by you under that contract. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

If an informal resolution is not possible, any dispute arising from these Terms or from a service contract with Fort Washington Concrete shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fort Washington, MD, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties mutually agree to a different process. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit with respect to any such dispute.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
